We can come on-site to your organization or facility and provide COVID, Influenza and other vaccines to your employees, residents, members, etc. Please call us to schedule your clinic!
Home Visits for COVID Vaccine:
If you require a home visit for a vaccine, the Kenosha County Health Department can come to you. Please call 262-605-6799 to schedule an appointment.

How long does it take to get the vaccine?
The entire process takes around 20 minutes. 5 minutes to check in and receive the vaccine, and then you should wait in the pharmacy for 15 minutes after the vaccine for observation to make sure you don’t experience a rare allergic reaction.
Who is eligible to be vaccinated?
Anyone over 5 years old is eligible for the Pfizer vaccine.
Anyone over 6 years old is eligible for the Moderna vaccine.
Anyone over 5 years old is eligible for the Bivalent Booster 2 months after the last dose.
How do I schedule a COVID vaccine appointment?
No appointment is required.
Do I need an appointment for my second dose?
No appointment is needed. Your return date is written on the back of your Vaccination Record Card. Unless instructed otherwise, this date is 21 days(Pfizer) or 28 days (Moderna) after your first dose.
What if I am unavailable on my scheduled 2nd dose date?
If you are unavailable for your 2nd dose date, please call the pharmacy to discuss other dates that would work for you. There is a grace period for your 2nd dose but the goal is to give the dose as close to the scheduled return date as possible. If it is possible to get the dose on the scheduled date, it is highly recommended that you do so.
Do I need to bring proof of vaccine eligibility?
Your answers to the questions on the consent form will determine your eligibility for the vaccine. By signing the consent form you are attesting to the best of your knowledge that you are eligible for the vaccine.
Is there any cost to the vaccine?
No. If you have insurance we will ask for your card at the pharmacy. If you do not have insurance or your insurance does not pay for the vaccine, you will not be charged for the vaccine.
