Getting every recommended dose of each vaccine provides children with the best protection possible. If a child misses a shot, it can be difficult to figure out the best way to catch up. To help, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has developed the Catch-Up Immunization Scheduler (https://www.vacscheduler.org), an online tool that shows parents and healthcare providers the best options for getting children age 6 and younger back on schedule.

For kids ages 7 through 18, the Adolescent Immunization Scheduler has the information parents need: http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/schedules/Schedulers/adolescent-scheduler.html.
